The European Network of Casadean Sites
The European Network of Casadean Sites is an association founded on the 13th of September 2001 in La Chaise-Dieu at a European level together with France, Spain and italy then Switzerland.

The Network works with every village sheltering a casadean site, associations for heritage and cultural development, tourist offices… and people interested in taking part of the activity of this network.

Since 2010 the Network has worked with the European Institute of Cultural Routes in Luxembourg and the Information Centre Europe Direct in Haute-Loire in order to receive the label “Cultural Route of the Council of Europe.

During the first Plenary Session in Strasbourg on the 14th-16th May 2012, the CDCPP confirmed the decision of the Steering Committee of the EPA to award the distinction “Cultural Route of the Council of Europe to the European Network of Casadean Sites.

The award ceremony for the European Network of Casadean Sites was held on July 6th in Chaise-Dieu (Auvergne) by the director of the European Institute of Cultural Routes Mrs. Penelope Denu.

The European Route of Ceramics
Officially founded in November 2011, the UNIC association (Urban Network for Innovation in Ceramics) is working with nine European partners having in common an industrial and cultural heritage based on an important tradition in porcelain and ceramics.

The route puts forward the discovery of a common heritage, intensely turned to exterior and indivisible from the first European exchanges, but also strongly rooted in the territories.

During the first Plenary Session in Strasbourg on the 14th-16th May 2012, the CDCPP confirmed the decision of the Steering Committee to award the distinction “Cultural Route of the Council of Europe to the European Route of Ceramics.

The award ceremony will be held on September 6th in Iznik by the director of the European Institute of Cultural Routes Mrs. Penelope Denu.
