The first annual seminar on Council of Europe cultural routes will be held on 3-7 September 2012 at the European Youth Centre in Strasbourg.

The “summer seminar� is organised in the framework of the joint program between the European Commission and the Council of Europe and is designed for representatives of cultural routes of the Council of Europe and managers of new projects. The aim is to work together on optimising cultural routes’ capacities to build and manage cultural routes and to develop new tools for creating, maintaining and communicating them. Different half-day modules will combine methodological sessions and hands-on practical exercises in groups.
