Its mission is to buy and protect the fragile and threatened coastal lands of France. To this day, the Conservatoire protects 45.000 hectares and 600 km of shore (dunes, swamps, cliffs, meadows, islands,?). This heritage belongs to the nation. It will be passed forward intact to future generations.
