It tells the story of a counter-freedom, a story which is realy lived in illustrated yiddish book.

It traces the artistic ways followed by the main protagonists like Lissitzky, Chagall, Altman, some lesser known like Ryback, Berlewi,Tchaïkov, or some vanished names like Sarah Shor or Mark Epshteyn
