Architecture of Totalitarian Regimes of the 20th Century in Urban Management – ATRIUM January 2011 - June 2013 The aim is to create a cultural route of totalitarianism architectures through Europe. european institute of cultural routes Raluca Tartan 27 April 2012 The project The ATRIUM project is part of a cooperation programme in South-East Europe. It is led by the Commune of Forlì (Italy). A main objective is to create a cultural route of 20th-century totalitarian architecture across Europe. The EICR has been entrusted with coordination of the scientific committee and to train the project partners in implementation of the cultural routes methodology. A proposal for a cultural route should be submitted in December 2013, for certification in 2014.
