The project
The ATRIUM project is part of a cooperation programme in South-East Europe. It is led by the Commune of Forlì (Italy). A main objective is to create a cultural route of 20th-century totalitarian architecture across Europe.
The EICR has been entrusted with coordination of the scientific committee and to train the project partners in implementation of the cultural routes methodology. A proposal for a cultural route should be submitted in December 2013, for certification in 2014. A first meeting was held in May 2011 in Forlì and five intermediate meetings have taken place, organised by the different stakeholders.
