Professor in Preservation of Architectural Heritage in the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, head of the Department of History and Theory of Architecture.

President of ICOMOS/BULGARIA

President of the Association for Cultural Tourism (NGO).

Member of the Executive Committee of ICOMOS and of the Committee of Cultural Heritage at the Council of Europe.

Member of the International Scientific Committees of ICOMOS for Historical Cities, Cultural Itineraries and Training in the Field of Heritage.

Expert of the Council of Europe, UNESCO and ICOMOS.

Expert at evaluation of the World Cultural Heritage. Missions realized in Auvignon, Berlin, Lyon, Budapest, Russia.

Coordinator of the European Heritage Days in Bulgaria.
